This was a short and sweet story, one that had me entertained and invested from the moment I read the blurb. Tessa is such a charming young woman; her attitude and the way she carried herself was very authentic. Jake, though, is my favorite; he was smart, attentive, he understood Tessa and loved her very much. The story itself was very well-paced; the narrative was smooth yet fast so that the reader never got bored. The dialogues and the situations felt real and the characters were believable. This was a fun read! Perfect for people who want to pick up a quick and enjoyable story.
