Reading

I’m reading Lora Darling’s The Gentleman’s Scandalous Mermaid. I really need to get a new Kindle so I can read eBooks from Amazon without having to use their online reader. This book is taking me way too long to read because I despise the online reader so much, I’m having to force myself to use it. Reading should be a pleasure not a burden. I will finish the book because it’s written by one of my favorite authors, but the process is like crawling through a briar patch to reach a sparkling gem sitting in the middle.
